We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) terms for larger orders.

We provide a 12-month warranty on all standard products and a 24-month warranty on OEM/ODM orders. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, we offer free replacement or repair with return shipping covered by us for confirmed defects.

All our chargers include 12-layer safety protection: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, leakage/ground-fault, over-temperature, lightning protection, anti-theft connector lock, flame-retardant housing (UL94-V0), dustproof, rainproof, and auto-stop when fully charged. Every batch undergoes 100% inspection including aging test, electrical test, and water-resistance test.

We ship by sea freight (most economical for bulk orders), air freight (urgent orders), and express courier (samples and small orders). DDP service is available to US, EU, UK, and Australia. Our logistics team handles all export documentation and customs clearance.
